Imprisoned music

FROM THURSDAY 7 ON SUNDAY 17/10

S. MICHAEL OF THE KINGS. Constitution, 284

If in July we could see in Sant Miquel dels Reis a play that portrayed six political prisoners who were locked up in the building itself - a former Francoist prison - due to the fascist repression (prisoners), in October it will be one dramatized concert with the music of Valencian musicians retaliated for their political ideas during the Civil War and Franco's dictatorship. Based on facts and real musicians, Imprisoned music develops a narrow fiction of human biographies that were silenced, those of José R. Moreno Gans, Rafael Rodríguez Albert, Felipe Belda, Angel Bernat, Abel Mus, Carlos Palacio and Vicent Garcés Queralt, among others. Performing arts for the recovery of historical memory with script and stage direction by Toni Tordera and musical direction by Pasqual Pastor. AU
