The assembly members, premiered at Merida Festival with Silvia Abril head of, exposes an obvious criticism of the political system and the inequalities between women and men. El muntatge agafa el text de l’humorista grec Aristòfanes com a punt de partida i relata la reforma orquestrada per l’heroïna Praxàgona, qui aconsegueix, junt a les dones d’Atenes, infiltrar-se en l’assemblea i guanyar per gran majoria la moció que transfereix a les dones el poder dels assumptes de l’Estat. La deessa Némesis fa un encanteri perquè les dones s’unisquen i, liderades per Praxàgona, furten la roba dels homes, travessen el gran bosc en una nit i aconsegueixen arribar al lloc on se celebra l’assemblea. Els perills del camí els faran veure quines són les lleis que canviaran les seues vides per sempre. ASSUME TAMARIT
