Després de l’estrena en gran de l’obra Els nostres al Teatre Principal de València, Patricia Pardo reprén les xicotetes dimensions: de sala, elenc i pressupost. Però no abandona la temàtica social. The laughing cow s’endinsa en la capacitat torturadora de l’ésser humà, que es veu potenciada des de posicions de poder i control, i la contraposa a la capacitat de cura. Tortura, maltractament i mort front a delicadesa, fragilitat i amor, amb el seu llenguatge inconfusible barreja d’acrobàcia, dansa i clown capaç de traure de l’espectador un somriure amarg. Aquesta volta hi haurà menys paraula i més clown gestual que en treballs anteriors, però el mateix recurs a la hipèrbole per fer metàfora. Una aposta segura. AU
