The swallow

OLYMPIA THEATER. Saint Vincent the Martyr, 44

This work presents us with a transcendental question, which few can easily answer. What really defines our humanity or lack thereof? Amelia is a wounded woman who believes that what really makes us human is the ability to feel our pain and that of others.. Feeling pain is what differentiates us from each other., and what keeps us from the beasts. Amelia (Carmen Maura), singing teacher, and Ramon (Felix Gomez) will come together to prepare the vocal technique of the latter, who wants to sing at the memorial of his recently deceased mother. The chosen song has a special meaning for both of them and will lead them to have to choose between hating each other or collaborating together.. INÉS LUJÁN
