Created by the company Alicia Soto-Hojarasca (on his twenty-fifth birthday), the inclusive theater-dance work The Garden of the Hesperides and the slow-burning result of several workshops carried out with Moroccan and Spanish women in Casablanca and Valladolid. The proposal takes as its starting point a classic story of Greek mythology: The Hesperides were the nymphs who tended a garden of golden apple trees, which granted immortality to whoever ate them. From here, the contemporary extrapolation that reflects on who these women are protectors and givers of the source of eternal life, of the well-being of the community. SERGIO BELLO
