Jondo. From the first cry, of the first kiss

SATURDAY 12/4, 20H. 23/31€
RAMBLET. Bulevard Sud, sang Pius IX

Jondo is a story of heartbreak starring five characters from the literary work of Federico García Lorca. The piece is composed of five scenes of flamenco dance for five characters who share the pain of those who observe and listen to this social and racial expression of blurred origins that we know as flamenco singing. Five lovers who are not loved —Rosita, Don Perlimplin, Mariana, Adela and the Director— star at a specific moment in their history, a moment in which they convey the feeling caused by the deep wound of heartbreak. The five are guided by a dancer-warrior from whom we will hear the authentic cry of pain, that frees and relieves. An enchanting show with choreographic creativity and a very careful staging.
