La Catrina Theater has its absolute premiere at the Carme Teatre Tribute to an unknown, a piece with a very innovative starting point: the cards bought in a market. In 2015, the actresses Desirée Belmonte and Cristina Correo acquired the correspondence between Carmen Muñoz and her husband at the Cabanyal, a whole life narrated through an epistolary relationship that was very advanced for its time. The reconstruction of the life of the protagonist has led the Teatro de la Catrina to a physical and emotional journey in order to create the biography of this fascinating woman. In the last edition of Cabanyal Íntim, they presented an installation that sold out and has now been transformed into a long work. Carmen is still alive and her story deserves to be told. INÉS LUJÁN
