CARME THEATER. Gregory Gea, 6
On stage, the exterior of a dressing room that we only intuit through the gap in the door and a small window that acts as a mirror from inside the doors. The rest is a wall that plays with the spectators, sometimes hiding the protagonists, revealing only part of its anatomy, others. That was the staging of The path of the goats when it was premiered as a short piece in a sign shop in the last edition of the Cabanyal Intimate. At the Carme Teatre the work will grow, sure keeping the balance, humor and dramatic nerve, under the direction of María Cárdenas, also author, and the performances of Merce Tienda and Dani Machancoses. In The path plays a down-and-out diva who finds an intruder in her dressing room shortly before going on stage, and turns out to be a childhood friend with many layers and confusing intentions. AU
