Whether we like it or hate Mecano, it is difficult to deny the mark that his songs have left on the collective unconscious. On break since 1998, the group remains alive thanks to the multiple tributes received through musicals, versions and musical shows like now Cross of Navajas, the last Meccano, which sets up in La Rambleta during the New Year's festivities. This new show, based on the songs of the Cano brothers and the singer Ana Torroja, is described as "the greatest recognition of the largest Spanish group": on a spectacular background of LED screens, the singers and musicians of the company modernize and revisit the hits of Mecano to the delight of the public: “Aire”, “Woman against woman”, “Ship to Venus”, “I crashed a party”… there will be no shortage of events to light up the festivities with emotions and memories.
