We are hooked on the work of Tillie Walden. If we recently reviewed his first graphic novel, The end of summer, con Alone in space We continue with a series of works done while I was studying drawing at the Center Cartoon Studies in Vermont. The book is made up of two short novels., I love this part y An inner city, and several short stories. Walden's sensitivity is appreciated here, its ability to convey to us issues such as insecurity about love or the torrid Texas landscape, all under the influence of Winsor McCay and the cinema of Hayao Miyazaki, mixing everyday life with fantasy and imagination.
