The young author Alfredo Borés offers us five heartbreaking stories in vignettes about schizophrenia patients, inspired by the book The voices of the labyrinth, by Ricard Ruiz Garzón. With the metaphor of the labyrinth that mental illness represents, The author not only portrays the confusion and suffering of those who suffer from it, but also denounces social stigma, the rejection and misunderstanding they suffer from those around them. Also, like Ariadne's thread, Their stories tell us about the hope and improvement necessary to get out of that mental crossroads.. ALEX MOSQUITA
