In a key of terror, Tomasi, Bertram and Stewart narrate, in The House of Penance, the history of the construction of the famous Winchester Mystery Mansion, located in San José (California). This gigantic house of impossible architecture was built during 38 years by Sarah Winchester, with the intention of silencing the spirits of all those who had died because of the weapons manufactured by her late husband. The script delves into the psyche of characters broken by guilt, supported by a baroque and disturbing drawing that gives an unreal and oppressive atmosphere to reading the comic. ALEX MOSQUITA
