Garafía It is the second foray into the world of comics by illustrator and muralist Elías Taño.. The first was the fanzine God, Patria, Fueros and Altsasu, where he showed his political position regarding the trial for terrorism of eight young people from Navarre for a bar fight. Garafía, for his part, addresses the issue of the migration of the Canarian population to Venezuela, in search of prosperity, in the middle of the 20th century, framed in the context of Franco's repression. The author creates a very emotional work that stands out for its graphic section., with a strongly expressive drawing and a magnificent use of color that fulfills a narrative function and arouses feelings in the reader, while inviting him to actively participate in the interpretation of the work.
