MAIN THEATER OF REQUENA. The Crosses, 5 (Requena)
New edition of the contest Requena and… Action! dedicated to the short film that is celebrated in the town of Requena. Twenty pieces will compete for the Ciudad de Requena Award for Best Short Film, as well as the rest of the categories. Among them is the piece Madrid-Stockholm, by Antonio Ledesma Vila and Carmen Kaltchev Soto from Requense. Besides, the festival will award the Astoria Prize, dedicated to short films shot in Requena, which this year has as its motto reading the cinema and that will invite directors to make pieces that tell us about the relationship between cinema and reading. The festival will honor the figure of José María Monzó, critical, essayist and writer from Requense. G.LEON
