THE FLORIDA PROJECT

Sean Baker · USA · 2017 · Script: Sean Baker, Chris Bergoch · Interpreter: William Dafoe, Brooklynn Price, Bria Vinaite…

The Florida Project It was one of the surprises of the last Cannes festival. After the success of his previous film, Tangerines, The director Sean Baker offers us one of those portraits that confront us with the failure of the so-called American dream. (o, at least, to the fact that this dream is not enough for everyone). Baker describes life in one of those cheap motels that populate the landscape of his country. Little Moonee lives there with her mother., Halley, and Bobby, the motel manager and the closest thing to a father he's ever known. Together they will live an unforgettable summer. G.LEON
