Israeli director Ari Folman (Vals con Bashir, The congress), returns with another animation work. In Where is Anne Frank?, Folman rewrites the story of Anne Frank, author of the famous diary that served as testimony to the persecution of Jews by the Nazi regime. In Folman's film we meet Kitty, the imaginary friend to whom Frank dedicated his book. Kitty comes to life in modern-day Amsterdam. Disoriented in a world full of injustices, will follow in Ana's footsteps, from the pages of his diary to his tragic end. G.LEON
