Special Jury Award at the last Cannes Film Festival for the second feature by Finnish director Juho Kuosmanen (The happiest day in the life of Olli Mäki). Compartment nº6 brings us Laura's story, a young Finnish woman who undertakes a curious train journey from Moscow to the Arctic port of Murmansk, in the Lapland region. Running away from a love relationship, Laura meets Ljoha, a young Russian miner with whom he shares a car. The narrowness of space forces them to get to know each other.
