Documentary filmmaker Claus Drexel makes the leap to fiction cinema with this drama that seeks to direct our attention to the most disadvantaged in society. Under the stars of Paris tells the story of Christine, a mature woman who lives on the street. Daily, Christine struggles to find some food and a place to sleep. But this routine is altered with the appearance of Suli, an eight-year-old Burkinabe immigrant who has lost his parents. Christine feels obligated to help Suli. On the way, will examine his life.
