DESCRIPTION:Mara Aranda celebrates 35 years on the stages of the world with a unique concert in the hermitage of Sant Llorenç. Acompanyada per quatre músiques virtuoses\, la famosa intèrpret presenta un espectacle calidoscòpic que rescata les veus\, sentiments i avatars de les dones medievals\, i trenca els mites històrics que les van reduir a simples arquetips de santes\, witches or sinners. El repertori reviu el llegat de les trobairitz (singer-songwriters of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries of southern France)\, which turned the Occitan language into the vehicle of their literary and affective expression. En concret\, the Flavors of France Experience consists of two days of a gastronomic laboratory open to all local participants (11 i 12 of August) i en la preparació d’un bufet de tapes per a tot el públic\, with tasting of typical dishes (12 of August). \n3 hores diàries\, with the participation of chef LO BRENNUS (France). \nLo Brennus és un xef autodidacte i fundador del café restaurant cultural Varandâ Dé Zartist\, in Saint-Paul on the island of Reunion. La seua cuina destaca per una sòlida inspiració francesa\, basada en l’elegància de la presentació\, el respecte pel producte i el refinament de la tradició bistronòmica. Amb creativitat i sensibilitat\, establishes a harmonious dialogue between French gastronomy and the tastes of Creole cuisine. Els seus plats\, originals i elaborats acuradament\, they reinterpret the local culinary heritage with techniques and requirements specific to contemporary French haute cuisine. La trajectòria de Lo Brennus es caracteritza pel desig de reinterpretar les receptes criolles tradicionals amb una visió bistronòmica moderna i refinada\, linked to French cuisine.

DESCRIPTION:Des de la mitja lluna àrab fins a la Mediterrània del nord d’Àfrica\, les peces del món àrab formen un paisatge sonor que evoca rituals i tradicions a través de les llengües i cultures que han influït en el Magreb i el Mashreq mediterrani al llarg dels segles\, from antiquity to the present. Ziad Trabelsi is a member of the Orquestra Piazza Vittorio and director of the Orquestra Almara'a de Dones Àrabs i Mediterrànies. He is an academically trained Tunisian musician who has maintained a close connection with the more purely popular musical tradition of his country. Excel·lent solista\, cantant i compositor de llaüt\, is naturally attracted to the sounds of Western music and the sound alchemies that arise from the meeting between musicians from different latitudes. El resultat és un projecte que combina música tradicional i experimental\, amb un fort impacte rítmic\, between improvisation and cross-pollination.

DESCRIPTION:Sicília és el punt d’origen d’Agricantus\, starting point and entrance gate to new perspectives of sound and music. In addition to the concert tour with the album Turnari (concert de maig a Roma\, Festival d’Ossigeno\, Teatre Palladium de Roma\, Festival Equilibri d’Avola\, among others)\, Agricantus va crear el nou projecte Quartetto in viaggio\, nascut de la trobada amb la vocalista i pianista siciliana Anita Vitale\, cantant de jazz amb una especial afinitat per la música ètnica i del món\, especialment la d’origen sicilià. En este projecte\, els timbres i els instruments electrònics\, elements que sempre han format part de la firma estilística i la investigació musical del grup\, donen pas a un so més natural\, compost per instruments de vent\, cordes\, llengüetes\, pell\, cambres de ressonància i veus\, en la seua dimensió més pura. El grup reprén part del seu repertori en una tonalitat essencial i es mou entre sons acústics arcaics i els de cantants i compositors\, cosa que ressalta la màgia dels sons\, les melodies i l’atmosferavibrant.
