DESCRIPTION:The Science Museum of Valencia hosts Sunday 26 of April the 21st edition of the EXPERIMENTA competition fair for experiments and demonstrations. More than are expected to participate in the fair-competition 300 persones\, between students and teachers. D’accés lliure\, will host 74 llocs\, amb diversos projectes experimentals STEM desenvolupats per l’alumnat d’ESO\, batxillerat i cicles formatius\, developed with the help of tutors. The public will be able to ask about the operation and the foundations of any of the experiments. Simultàniament\, xiquetes i xiquets podran acostar-se al taller Fisicalàndia\, to build and understand simple demonstrations based on natural phenomena. El taller Fisicalàndia\, igual que la fira\, té entrada lliure i gratuïta\, and access tickets can be collected from the first hour to control the capacity and safety of the children participating.

DESCRIPTION:The City of Arts and Sciences inaugurates the Artificial Intelligence Cycle with an essential lecture to understand what artificial intelligence is (IA) and how it is transforming our society and economy. \nEl ciclo de conferencias arrancará el 5 de febrero con la ponencia «¿Qué es la inteligencia artificial? Retos y amenazas de la IA»\, que impartirá el doctor en Informática y catedrático de la UPV Vicent Botti\, pionero en IA en España y Europa\, director of the Valencian Institute for Research in Artificial Intelligence (VRAIN) and the Valencian Graduate School and Research Network in Artificial Intelligence (ValgrAI). \nEn esta primera sesión se definirá el concepto de inteligencia artificial\, its main applications and its impact on society and the economy. Además\, se abordarán los retos y amenazas de la IA\, incluyendo sus implicaciones éticas\, sociales y legales\, as well as the role of responsible artificial intelligence as a response to these challenges and the challenges posed by its development.. \nEsta primera cita inaugura un ciclo compuesto por seis conferencias gratuitas\, que se desarrollarán entre febrero y octubre. \nEl acceso a la actividad se efectuará por la puerta oeste de la calle Menor del Museu de les Ciències (junto al Hemisfèric).
