DESCRIPTION:Dansa València\, festival organizado por la Conselleria de Educación\, Cultura\, Universities and Employment through the Valencian Institute of Culture (IVC)\, presents the next 14 de diciembre el estreno de ‘Cuerpo sobre fondo negro’\, un solo creado e interpretado por el bailarín y coreógrafo colombiano afincado en València Edu Migro\, de la compañía Migro Danza\, at the Museum of Fine Arts. \nEn ‘Cuerpo sobre fondo negro’\, Edu Migro propone un espacio donde las imágenes heredadas “dejan de ser reliquias y vuelven a latir”\, in your own words. Inspirado en el universo pictórico de ‘Clásicos y modernos’\, el artista no se vincula a una obra concreta\, but to the figurative realism that has shaped the European imagination. En palabras del bailarín\, en su representación\, nombres tan destacados como los de Murillo\, Van Dyck\, Goya\, Brueghel\, Sorolla and Zuloaga. “they are present like a silent choir”.
