DESCRIPTION:The L’Iber Museum will host the next 23 September at 19:30 h una nueva sesión de su Cine Club\, dedicated on this occasion to Rear Window (Rear Window\, 1954)\, one of Alfred Hitchcock's most recognized works and an essential classic in film history. \nProtagonizada por James Stewart y Grace Kelly\, The film starts from a seemingly everyday situation: un fotógrafo\, inmovilizado en su apartamento tras un accidente\, observes the lives of his neighbors from his window. What begins as a distraction ends up becoming a disturbing suspicion. A partir de esta premisa\, Hitchcock construye un magistral ejercicio de suspense y una reflexión sobre la mirada\, intimacy and the limits between curiosity and observation. \nLa actividad se desarrollará conforme a la dinámica habitual del Cine Club del museo: la película deberá visionarse previamente en casa y la sesión presencial estará dedicada al comentario\, analysis and sharing of the work. La obra propone un sugerente viaje por la Hispania romana siguiendo los pasos de Cayo Julio César\, a decisive and often forgotten facet of his political and military career. Since his arrival in Corduba in 69 a.c. como cuestor hasta sus últimos años como dictador\, César vivió en tierras hispanas algunos de los episodios que marcarían no solo su destino\, but that of Rome and the ancient world. A través de las huellas todavía visibles de su paso por Hispania\, Arturo Gonzalo Aizpiri nos invita a redescubrir al César que se forjó lejos de las Galias\, en un relato que combina rigor histórico\, dissemination and love for shared heritage. El autor estará acompañado en la mesa por Antonio Penadés y Alejandro Noguera\, director del Museo L’Iber\, en un encuentro abierto al público y dirigido a lectores\, history lovers and passionate about the Roman world.
