In collaboration with IVAM on the day 4 de juny\, these days are conceived as a space to continue thinking about how mobilizing desire is. \nEn un context marcat per l’esgotament afectiu i la sensació d’impotència individual\, these days invite us to continue plotting from power and interconnection. Days Enredadas: Comunidades deseantes\, suggests a move: del cansament a la potència\, from isolation to collective strength. Following the reflection developed in La seducción del encanto. Una alternativa a la sociedad del desánimo\, entenem el desig no com a carència\, sinó com una energia relacional capaç de generar vincles\, sense and social transformation. \nEsta edició de les Jornades Enradadas de dos dies de duració\, amb el suport del Ministeri i la col·laboració de la UPV\, es planteja com un espai d’activació del desig col·lectiu\, on l’art\, critical thinking and community practices intertwine to imagine and rehearse other ways of being together. Enfront de narratives dominants de crisis i bloqueig\, les jornades posen el focus en experiències on el comú no és només un marc de gestió\, but an affective and political engine of change. \nComunidades deseantes és una invitació a enredrar-nos: a reconéixer el poder dels cossos quan s’organitzen\, de les idees quan circulen\, and alliances when they last over time. El cineclub de l’IVAM’ es projectarà\, de manera especial\, ‘Krakatoa’\, by Carlos Casas.  \nL’erupció del Krakatoa és considerada una de les catàstrofes naturals més devastadores. DESCRIPTION:The Valencian Institute of Modern Art (VAT) presents the next 28 de enero una conversación entre la escritora\, poeta y traductora argentina María Negroni y la arquitecta y escritora Berta Ferrer\, in which Negroni invites us to reflect on the relationship between literature and his own literary work with contemporary art. Se trata de la primera actividad del ciclo Escrituras cactus’con el que\, desde un punto de vista interdisciplinar\, se pretende releer la obra de Julio González y de la historia del arte\, a través de la mirada de los escritores María Negroni\, Miguel Ángel Hernández\, Sara Barquinero\, Estela Sanchis\, Andrés Neuman\, Agustín Fernández Mallo\, Manuel Baixauli and Alicia Kopf. El ciclo Escrituras cactus\, comisariado por el escritor y crítico literario Jorge Carrión y moderado por Berta Ferrer\, se completará con la publicación de un libro que recogerá relatos\, cuentos\, essays and even poems by these same writers. Este ciclo forma parte de las actividades programadas por el museo valenciano con motivo del 150º aniversario del nacimiento de Julio González.\n\nMaría Negroni (Rosario\, 1951) es reconocida por una vasta obra que abarca poesía\, ensayo y narrativa\, among which titles such as 'The heart of damage' stand out (2021) and 'Permanent collection' (2025). She has been awarded the Siglo XXI International Essay Prize and the Margarita Hierro International Poetry Prize for her collection of poems 'Utilidad de las estrellas' (2024)\, entre otros reconocimientos.\n\nCiclo Escrituras cactus\nTras María Negroni\, the cycle continues 25 de febrero a cargo de Miguel Ángel Hernánez\, historiador del arte y escritor español de Anoxia o ensayos como Yo estoy en la imagen. He 25 de marzo es el turno de Sara Barquinero\, autora de Terminal\, Estaré sola y sin fiesta y Los Escorpiones\, considered the best book of the year in the fiction category by the Madrid Bookstore Association. The Valencian museum will host the 20 de mayo\, la conversación entre el escritor hispano-argentino Andrés Neuman y Jorge Carrión. Neuman es una de las voces más importantes de su generación y destaca por novelas como El viajero del siglo (Alfaguara Award 2009) y Hablar solos.\n\nLa siguiente tertulia será el 30 de septiembre y correrá a cargo de Agustín Fernández Mallo\, cuyos libros más recientes son Trilogía de la guerra\, The shape of the crowd (Eugenio Trías Essay Prize) y el libro autobiográfico Madre de corazón atómico. El ciclo Escrituras cactus del IVAM contará también con la participación el 11 de noviembre de la artista\, escritora e investigadora Alicia Kopf\, autora de las novelas Hermano de hielo y Memòria d’Eco. Radix proposa esta possibilitat a través d’una fabulació ecològica que desplaça la mirada cap a les profunditats de la història\, the culture and memories of the underground. \nEl projecte de Tania Candiani imagina un bioma fictici habitat per entitats que oscil·len entre allò científic i allò especulatiu\, between the observable and the imagined. Es presenta com una instal·lació immersiva concebuda com un ecosistema híbrid\, on conviuen plantes vives\, escultures de vidre bufat\, organismes suspesos\, a rhizotro (device that allows you to observe the growth of the roots)\, audiovisual projections in cross dialogue and an octophonic sound composition that surrounds the space. Cadascun d’estos elements funciona com un fragment d’un sistema major\, interdependent\, where the separation between the living and the inert is erased. \nLa sala expositiva és transformada arquitectònicament per adoptar una geometria suau i radial\, inspired by the cross-section of a plant structure found in a book from the Botanical Garden of Valencia. Esta configuració espacial no actua únicament com a contenidor\, sinó com un cos en si mateix\, com una anatomia expandida que suggerix la presència d’una planta imaginada\, una forma de vida possible que podria pertànyer —o haver pertangut— al territori valencià\, però l’origen del qual roman incert\, suspended between botanical memory and science fiction. \nEn este sentit\, Radix no busca representar la naturalesa tal com la coneixem\, sinó especular sobre les seues possibles mutacions\, micromons i futurs\, convidant a reconsiderar les fronteres entre espècies\, disciplines i estats de la matèria\, així com a reflexionar sobre les forces invisibles que sostenen la vida\, fostering an awareness of hidden networks both above and below ground.

Representaciones hegemónicas de la intimidad y la sexualidad en pantalla’ las expertas explicarán las claves de su trabajo y analizarán como creadores y espectadores pueden fomentar una mirada más diversa e inclusiva al retratar la intimidad en el sector audiovisual.\n\nLucía y Tábata fundaron en 2021 a pioneer agency in intimacy coordination in Spain called IntimAct. They have been responsible for coordinating the privacy of more than 100 proyectos nacionales e internacionales\, entre los que destacan las películas ‘Los domingos’\, ‘Romería’o ‘Maspalomas’\, o las series ‘Querer’\, 'Elite' (seasons 6\, 7 y 8)\, o ‘Self-Tape’. También se han dedicado a la investigación y divulgación sobre asuntos tan importantes como el consentimiento en el audiovisual o la representación de la intimidad en pantalla.\n\nEn esta sesión en el IVAM\, “compartiremos nuestra experiencia como coordinadoras de intimidad a través de ejemplos de secuencias o películas\, pero sin enfocarnos en casos concretos”\, Lucía Delgado explains. La especialista señala que abordarán cómo\, pese a vivir rodeados de pantallas e imágenes\, “dedicamos poco tiempo a desarrollar una mirada crítica sobre los imaginarios que estas generan y cómo se instalan en nuestra cultura”.\n\nRespecto al papel de la ficción en la vida privada\, Delgado añade “las representaciones de la intimidad y la sexualidad en el cine son importantes ya que constituyen nuestra principal referencia de comportamiento.
