DESCRIPTION:The Center of the Carme Culture Contemporary (CCCC) dedica su próxima sesión del ciclo ‘CCCClaves para el cine’\, which will take place on Wednesday 25 de marzo\, to cinematographic costumes from the hand of designer Sonia Grande (Oviedo\, 1964). \nGanadora de dos Goyas y Medalla de Oro al Mérito en las Bellas Artes\, Sonia Grande ha trabajado para Woody Allen\, Pedro Almodóvar o Alejandro Amenábar y ha vestido a importantes a actrices y actores como Nicole Kidman\, Meryl Streep\, Sharon Stone\, Penélope Cruz\, Scarlett Johansson\, Maribel Verdú\, Aitana Sánchez-Gijón\, Emma Stone\, Owen Wilson\, Alec Baldwin\, Javier Bardem\, Ernesto Alterio or José Coronado. \nBajo el título ‘Las claves del diseño de vestuario cinematográfico’ y acompañada por el cineasta Rafael Maluenda\, el Centre del Carme recibe a una de las grandes diseñadoras de vestuario del cine contemporáneo\, which has a long history in Europe and the United States. \nDurante la charla Grande abordará el poder narrativo del vestuario en el cine\, his working method and his creative process based on reading and interpreting the script. La sesión que comenzará con su habitual charla conducida por el productor y cantante Quique López busca acercar la trayectoria de tres mujeres\, su trabajo y su constancia en el ámbito de la música\, pero también de las artes escénicas\, to discover the performer behind important musicals like 'Dirty Dancing (The Musical)’\,  'Alice in Wonderland' or 'The Beatles'. Al mismo tiempo\, Nita\, Lydia Salar y Mireia García se unen en esta nueva cita de ‘Encuentros en el Carmen’ para rendir tributo a otras grandes voces de la historia de la música\, whom they recognize as the great divas and present the show 'I'm Every Woman' (Divas Tribute)\, una actuación en acústico en el CCCC\, also coinciding with the celebrations around Women's Day. En este homenaje sonarán temas de Whitney Houston\, Mariah Carey\, Tina Turner\, Chaka Khan\, Donna Summer y Aretha Franklin\, artists with eternal voices who participated in the divas show in different editions since the years 90.

DESCRIPTION:La Fundación SGAE\, a través del Consejo Territorial de SGAE de la Comunidad Valenciana\, opens this friday 16 de enero\, en el Centre del Carme de València\, the 11th edition of its Indrets Sonors concert series with the performance of the Castellón artist Anna Millo. Through this live music exhibition we aim to support and disseminate the work of the composers and musical performers of the Valencian Community.. \nComo novedad de esta convocatoria\, en colaboración con el Consorci de Museus de la Comunitat Valenciana\, Indrets Sonors estrena una categoria dedicada a la música urbana\, which will feature performances by the aforementioned Anna Millo (Friday 16 January) and from the Valencian Gynebra (30 January). Ambos conciertos tendrán lugar\, at 18:30 horas y con entrada libre\, in the Carmen Center of Valencia (C/Museo\, 2). \nEn un contexto global en el que la música urbana domina las listas de éxitos y los festivales de todo el mundo\, Indrets Sonors desea así apostar y reconocer el talento y la creatividad de las artistas que están revolucionando el género desde la Comunidad Valenciana\, helping to promote their repertoires in a unique setting such as the Center del Carme (CCCC).  \nIndrets Sonors proseguirá con el bloque de música popular\, with Juan Cortes (12 February)\, Alejandro Rizo (19 February) and Anuk (26 February). Estos conciertos se celebrarán\, at 18 horas y también con entrada libre\, in the SGAE Room Cultural Center of Valencia (C/Blanquerías\, 6). \nLos cinco artistas y bandas que participan en esta XI convocatoria del ciclo fueron seleccionados\, from a total of 43 propuestas\, by a jury made up of Esteban Hirschfeld (músico\, producer and member of the Territorial Council of SGAE of the Valencian Community)\, Andrea Gimenez (periodista musical en Mondo Sonoro\, as well as keyboardist and pianist) and Rafa Cervera (writer and journalist).

DESCRIPTION:The Center of the Carme Culture Contemporary (CCCC) estrena la tercera edición de ‘CCCClaves para el cine’\, on Wednesday 18 de febrero\, con el director Fernando Colomo y el director de fotografía José Luis Alcaine\, quienes dialogarán sobre arte moderno en clave de humor a partir de su última película ‘Las Delicias del jardín’\, shot entirely on mobile phones. The session will start at 18.00 horas con la proyección de la película y a continuación\, Colomo y Alcaine compartirán con el público su irónica visión sobre el mundo del arte y el resultado de su innovador rodaje en un coloquio moderado por el cineasta y director del ciclo\, Rafael Maluenda.
