La funció es fa en honor a la seua mare\, Marta\, una actriu famosa que viu a Madrid. Marta ha vingut de visita amb la seua parella\, Toni\, que és dramaturg. Marta vol que li escriga un text nou. El problema és que Toni no escriu des que el seu marit va morir. L’obra que Manuel ha muntat en honor a la seua mare és una versió radical sobre La gavina de Txèkhov. Hi ha un motiu darrere d’això: la seua mare va interpretar el personatge de Nina quan era jove i és l’obra que més estima. Una versió radical d’aquest text és un homenatge o un regal enverinat? Per què quan volem rebre amor fem just el contrari? La peça compta amb testimoniatges reals de músics com Sheila Blanco\, Javier Gallego\, Luis Prado o Alberto Montero\, among others. Apostant per l’humor i la ironia dins de la tragèdia que suposa la mort\, l’obra farà que l’espectador es riga i s’emocione alhora\, also having a beautiful audiovisual score.
