On Monday 18 reservations are open for the proposals of the more than 60 participating restaurants in this edition. You can go and enjoy their dishes between this Thursday 21 November and Sunday 1 December with the usual formula and prices. But this Cuina brings some more incentives. There are seven restaurants that are joining the contest for the first time: Maremar Restaurant, Pasqual and Sheila, Umaniko, Corner of L'Arnau, The Banker’s Bar by Estimar, Abadia D’Espí and Borgia Restaurant. Besides, hay 16 establishments that offer tasty gastronomic experiences, like themed scenes, horchata and water production workshops from Valencia, tastings and much more.
In addition to contributing to the recovery of restaurant companies, Valencia Cuina Oberta joins the solidarity initiative From Valencia to Valencia, promoted by chefs Ricard Camarena, Begoña Rodrigo and Quique Dacosta, in order to raise funds to support people affected by the storm. The Visit València Foundation will provide 3 euros for each menu sold to the table 0 of this project and so, Cuina Oberta becomes on this occasion an experience that unites flavor, solidarity and support for the community.
