From muses to creators. for a long time, the history of surrealism counted them as muses, models, companions or secondary figures. But they were creating. Varo Remedies, Leonora Carrington and so many others built worlds of their own, They imagined new ways of existing and occupied a central place in one of the most fascinating artistic movements of the 20th century.. In this workshop we are going to look at his works from another place: know their stories, discover their universes and reinterpret some of their images through painting. Because they weren't just muses. They were creators.
No previous experience necessary: This is a space to experiment., create and enjoy the process in a relaxed environment.
Includes all materials: watercolors, brushes, acrylic pencils and oil pastels.
We will also share a glass of wine and a snack during the meeting.
