DESCRIPTION:A meeting with Gemma Blasco about the creation process of La furia. \nEsta trobada del programa de cinema es planteja com una conversa en la qual la directora i coguionista compartirà com ha sigut compondre una pel·lícula que vehicula l’experiència personal amb una mirada més crua i visceral al voltant de les violències sexuals. In 2019\, el Festival de Gijón va estrenar el seu projecte El zoo\, an experimental feature film that plays with theatrical registers. In 2025\, el seu primer llargmetratge de ficció\, La furia\, had its world premiere at the South by Southwest festival in the USA. In his journey through festivals he has obtained three awards from the Official Section of the Malaga Festival (Millor actriu\, Best Supporting Actor and Best Editing)\, the special mention of the jury at SXSW London and was the opening film of the D'A Festival Cinema Barcelona 2025. She is one of the protagonists of the award season of Spanish cinema with six nominations for the Gaudí Awards and one nomination for the Forqué Awards and the Feroz Awards in the Best Leading Actress category for Ángela Cervantes. \nDuració de l’activitat: 60 minutes approx.
