Foix\, Mercè Rodoreda o Carles Riba als anys vint i trenta del segle XX\, how they can inspire us today? \nHi ha moltes organitzacions internacionals —acadèmiques\, esportives\, musicals\, defensores dels drets humans i la pau\, de juristes\, etc.— on la federació catalana hi té ple reconeixement\, with equal voice and vote with other countries. Carles Torner entered international life in the eighties through student and writer associations recognized by the UN and Unesco. He was also director of the literature program at the Ramon Llull Institute when Catalan culture was invited to the Frankfurt and Guadalajara book fairs. How has your experience of being an ambassador been? In this essay he asks himself this and - on his return to Catalonia after forty years of traveling the world - he proposes his decalogue.
