DESCRIPTION:The Modern Espai Gòspel Cor choir (MEGOC) will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a big concert next 16 May 2026 at 19:00 horas en el Teatre La PlaZeta de Valencia\, where he will present his new show “Concert of Stars”. Founded at the end of 2015 en la ciudad de Oliva\, MEGÒC se ha consolidado como una de las propuestas corales más impactantes de la Comunidad Valenciana\, bringing together on stage more than 80 cantantes junto a una banda en directo\, en un formato escénico poco habitual que combina fuerza coral\, rhythm and careful staging. \nConcert of Stars propone un recorrido musical intenso y emocionante a través de algunos de los grandes éxitos de la música internacional\, performed in choral format with a live band. The concert is structured in two large differentiated blocks. En una primera parte\, el público se adentra en la esencia del góspel\, con temas representativos del repertorio tradicional y contemporáneo que evocan el espíritu del góspel norteamericano\, combinando energía\, excitement and audience participation. Obras como Oh Happy Day\, This Little Light of Mine or Every Praise turn this part into a vibrant experience charged with spiritual force.. \nLa segunda parte da paso a un repertorio más contemporáneo\, con una selección de grandes éxitos del R&B/Soul\, international pop and rock that are part of the collective memory of several generations. Clásicos como Unchain My Heart\, Think\, Sweet Caroline\, Beat It\, Eye of the Tiger o Take On Me\, culminando el concierto con un pequeño homenaje a Queen\, con interpretaciones de Somebody To Love y Bohemian Rhapsody\, closing with a finale of great scenic and musical intensity that seeks direct connection with the audience. \nLa combinación de voces\, banda en directo y una puesta en escena envolvente convierte “Concert of Stars” en una experiencia musical completa\, far from the traditional choral format and oriented towards the big show.
