The Royal Parish of Los Santos Juanes retains an extraordinary set of paintings by Antonio Palomino (1698), severely damaged in the fire of 1936 and in subsequent interventions. Hoy, thanks to research and new restoration techniques, The unity of this unique group in Valencia has been recovered.
The conference will be given by Pilar Roig Picazo, professor and emeritus professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, international reference in heritage conservation and responsible for such emblematic restorations as those of the Basilica of the Virgen de los Desamparados, Saint Nicholas and the Saints themselves.
