The purpose of this talk is to recover and make known the history of the Rojas Clemente Titagüen Colony, entity belonging to the town of Titaguas, located inside the province of Valencia, Serrans region. An entity that for a large part of the 20th century played an essential role in the lives of the people of Titagué who were forced to leave Titaguas and go to Valencia in search of maintenance and new opportunities.
Through documents, memories and testimonies, it will be explored how this institution functioned as an economic support, social i cultural, and why it deserves a prominent place in the collective memory of our people.
