DESCRIPTION:The Valencia Illustration Days are now in their ninth edition, consolidating themselves as a key event for contemporary illustration in the city. Of the 24 al 26 d’abril\, el Claustre de La Nau torna a ser l’escenari d’unes jornades que combinen pensament i pràctica al voltant de la temàtica Interseccions: typography and illustration. With its already emblematic market with more than 200 artistes i una imatge gràfica signada per Boke\, JIVs continue to strengthen their role as a meeting point for the creative community. \nEntre els highlights d’aquesta edició\, destaquen accions en viu\, tallers\, xarrades i propostes híbrides com Interlínia — Interludi sonor per a escriure\, la projecció del documental Letras que marcan amb el seu director o la trobada d’Ojo Garabato. Among the artists who will be part of the JIV 09 tenim a Lina Vila\, La Merluza Creativa\, Inma Carpena\, Nico Barrios or Cento Yuste. El claustre acollirà també espais com el Kerning Club by Gnomo\, amb música i activitats\, as well as a gastronomic proposal and actions linked to social commitment.
