DESCRIPTION:La Fundación SGAE\, a través del Consejo Territorial de SGAE de la Comunidad Valenciana\, colabora con la III edición de OMBLIGO\, un ciclo de talleres de creación musical comisariado por la artista y gestora cultura Luna Valle\, and taught by young Valencian women.
