Valencian tradition comes to life in Romanços i Manifecers, a show that combines music, dance and theater to transport us to the Russafa of 1824, during the San Valero festivities. Through a story of romance, gossip and rivalries between different social classes, The public will take an imaginary journey to the past where popular culture becomes the protagonist. The montage brings together a wide repertoire of jotas, boleros, fandangos, albaes and other traditional pieces performed live by rondalla, tabal y sweets, recovering the rich Valencian musical heritage. A proposal for all ages that celebrates our roots, collective memory and the strength of popular culture as a meeting space.
