DESCRIPTION:L’antic Túria acull cada mes d’agost\, des de fa vint-i-set anys\, the outdoor cinema of the Filmoteca Valenciana. Per això\, in this edition we pay tribute to him with a cycle starring rivers. The only film directed by Charles Laughton is a sinister fable in which the river co-stars in one of the most memorable sequences ever filmed. Estan programats també dos títols mítics dels setanta que tenen en comú\, a més de la travessia fluvial\, the underlying denunciation of imperialism: Aguirre\, la cólera de Dios\, de Werner Herzog\, i l’última versió de la monumental Apocalypse Now de Coppola. A totes estes pel·lícules imprescindibles se sumen El agua\, de l’alacantina Elena López Riera\, i Estrany riu\, de Jaume Claret Muxart\, crossed by magical realism and an enigmatic atmosphere. The selection includes two short films produced in Valencia: 3/105\, d’Avelina Prat\, i Lleó\, d’Alba Just. \nTota la programació ací.
