DESCRIPTION:L’any 1996\, Joan Manuel Serrat va celebrar al Palau Sant Jordi un homenatge als seus companys de la Nova Cançó i a alguns autors i poetes que van influir en el seu desenvolupament. D’aquell concert en va sortir un doble disc titulat Banda Sonora d’un temps\, of a country. \nTrenta anys després d’aquell homenatge\, Borja Penalba i Meritxell Gené s’han reunit per tornar-hi. Després de l’èxit de la preestrena als Estats Units\, Penalba i Gené arriben amb D’un temps\, of a country. 30 anys\, un espectacle de nova creació d’homenatge als grans noms de la Nova Cançó\, produït pel Festival Barnasants\, and which they now present in the Valencian Country. \nEs tracta d’un viatge sonor que dialoga amb l’essència dels grans noms com Maria del Mar Bonet\, Lluís Llach\, Raimon\, Ovidi Montllor\, Isidor Marí\, among many other voices that have marked several generations. Amb una sensibilitat exquisida i una complicitat artística que travessa l’escenari\, Penalba i Gené revisiten aquestes cançons des del present\, with own arrangements and a contemporary look that preserves its poetic and emotional strength.
