Cultural Action of the Valencian Country presents the sixth edition of"With a woman's voice", the musical cycle that between the months of September and December will once again turn the October Center of Contemporary Culture of Valencia into a meeting space with musical creation starring women.
The sixth edition begins on 25 of September with The Xica, the new solo project of the Valencian singer and violinist Marina Bolea, also known for his time as a member of Maluks. His proposal combines electronic pop with dark sounds, elements of the Valencian musical tradition and the recovery of the violin as one of the central pieces of his artistic universe. The project began to take shape with the publication of his first songs and work La Xica I, in which he explores a musical identity of his own linked to memory, roots and popular culture.
