The infamy portrays the kidnapping that journalist Lydia Cacho suffered in Mexico for investigating and pursuing a pedophile network and sexual exploitation of boys and girls, organized from Cancun by hotel businessman Jean Succar Kuri, that supplied child pornography to other powerful Mexican and foreign businessmen and politicians. Adapted by Cacho herself, The piece combines theatrical and cinematographic narrative to talk about the fear and helplessness of knowing the way of working of a government complicit in corruption and violence, but also the fight, justice and commitment. in the world, many journalists are kidnapped, tortured and murdered for practicing their profession.
